WordCheck/Project Management/What PMs will see
From DPCanadaWiki
What a PM will see.

On the Edit Project Page
On the Edit Project Page, below the text box for the Project Comments, PMs will see two new text boxes for the project's Good Words and Bad Words lists. Words can be simply typed, or more commonly pasted, into the text boxes, keeping one word per line.
Below the Good Words text box, you will see a label and links associated with the "Words in the project that WordCheck would currently flag," suggestion tool. You will also see a label and links associated with the "Suggestions from proofers," suggestion tool if at least one proofer has made at least one suggestion for the Good Word list via the "Unflag All & Suggest" button in the WordCheck interface while proofing the page.

The proofers will also see the links to the project's "Good Words" and "Bad Words" lists, but only the PM will see the link to the "Good Words Suggestions" file, once at least one proofer has made at least one suggestion via the "Unflag All & Suggest" button. As discussed a bit further in the next section of this page, if you use the data shown in the "Good Words Suggestions" file, do so with care.
In the "Good Word Suggestions" text file: WARNING: USE THIS FILE WITH CARE
This file contains the raw data regarding the suggestions made by proofers, in chronological order. It contains useful information regarding the page references corresponding to the suggestions, and lists the name of the proofer who made the suggestion. However, this file cannot be edited by PMs, so can quickly contain what a PM would consider to be "outdated" information. Be sure to use the "Suggestions from proofers" tool results list accessed from the Edit Project page as your primary analysis tool for this data, and only consult the raw good_word_suggestions.txt file as a supplement.
(All proofers names will be visible to the PM. kraester erased all proofers' names but her own in this screenshot to preserve their privacy.)
The Good Word Suggestions file is presented in a chronological order. If a proofer has clicked the "Unflag All & Suggest Word" next to a word, that suggestion is added to the Good Word Suggestions file even if the page is not saved as done, or is returned to round, and is later proofed and/or edited by a different (or the same) proofer.
Even when a word (such as "Nicolay") is added to the Project Good Word List, it will remain in the good_word_suggestions.txt file since PMs cannot currently edit that file.
If a proofer realizes that s/he hit the "Unflag All & Suggest Word" button by mistake (such as on the word "asdf"), it cannot be removed from the Good Word Suggestions file. The WordCheck FAQ suggests that the proofer notify the PM about the "errant suggestion" by posting a quick note about it in the Project Thread.
Even if a PM decides that "intrust" should not be added to the project's Good Word List, there is currently no way for the PM to remove it from the good_word_suggestions.txt file. (If a PM knows "going in" that s/he will definitely not want a word on the Good Word List, s/he can place it on the project's Bad Word List, which will mean that proofers will not be given a "Unflag All & Suggest" button next to that word.)
Keep these limitations in mind when using the Good Word Suggestions file as a supplement to the "Suggestions from proofers" results list.
