Thread

To be created/developped and updated In general, a thread is a string of related messages (or postings) in an asynchronous communication mechanism such as e-mail or forums/bulletin boards. Threads are usually aggregated around message topics or subject lines.

In the DP Forums, threads are organized by Topic, which helps explain why DPCers cannot create new topics in an individual Project Thread: the project is the topic.
