LOTE

To be created/developped and updated Projects written in a Language Other Than English are generally referred to in forum postings by the acronym LOTE, both lovingly and rancorously.

DPC primarily processes projects in LOTEs that use the characters from the Latin-1 character set, but will soon extend to include UTF-8 projects. DP-EU can handle projects in LOTEs such as Hebrew and Russian, which routinely require the use of an expanded character set (beyond Latin-1) such as UTF-8.
